  I called Bill on Monday, Feb. 1, 2009 and explained to him I was coming to Naples the next day to consider a preowned car for purchase. Bill was very pleasant on the phone. I arrived in Naples the following afternoon coming from Orlando. I phoned Bill and he directed me to his shop from US 41. When I arrived I found him and his staff to be Very friendly, honest and professional. They reviewed the car with a complete inspection, pointed out some things to consider, but overall provided Outstanding service! ( and this greatly assisted my purchase ) If I have opportunity to purchase another car in the area, I will bring to Bill @ Naples Top Line Tires and Automotive and if I lived in area I would be using his shop to service my car.

  I can not say enough about this shop, especially being a woman going into a "mans world". The owner of the shop, Bill was the most kind person I have met in my life. He was upbeat, friendly, funny and he explained everything to me without making me feel dumb. It is a family run place, and the head mechanic has been with Bill for a very long time, they were excellent. I actually enjoy going in to see Bill and the gang.
