I need to add fluid to top motor. Do I use power sreeting fluid?

There is a place for power steering fluid, and engine oil. Both are on top of the engine, one takes power steering fluid the other uses motor oil. I would ask someone to assist you in adding these fluids until you are sure where they go and how much to add. Your local auto parts store would be happy to help you free.

I know where you add power steering fluid: but does the top motor( under the back seat) take power steering fluid?

I use transmission fluid in mine. After you top it off, leave the filler cap loose in case the rams push excess fluid out when youmove the top. Else you could blow out the oring.
