Spent almost $3,000 during the past year getting repairs, tires, & servicing performed on our family's four vehicles. Bought four new tires, two went bad. They offered to replace all four with more expensive tires for a $292 difference in price they would not charge me for. I politely just told them to put whatever they could on to replace the bad tires. I thought that was fair, and tread pattern didn't matter to us. Needless to say my Mother & Father purchased a replacement window motor for one of our other cars, and it went bad five times. Today, on the fifth time I asked them to throw in a free oil change because we've had to bring the car back for the same repair so many times, and Dennis the Service Manager was rude and wouldn't even offer a free oil change. He only offered to fix it again, and gave short arrogant answers. I finally got pissed off and called him a prick because he said he didn't have time to deal with me, because he was very busy. We saved them $300 from exchanging our tires and they couldn't even provide good customer service by offering an oil change for free after not repairing our window motor FIVE TIMES. I asked for the receipts to all of our purchases, and we're taking them to court, even if we only get reimbursed for the gas to drive back and forth, it's the principle that counts. Tony & Sons USED to be a very reputable place to get servicing performed. Remember way back in the day when he had a one garage shop up by Family Video at the gas station? They lost ALL OF THAT reputation today. This Dennis guy is a real pile of trash, and even had the nerve to say he didn't have to warranty replace the motor because I wasn't the one that purchased it. Even though my Mother and Father purchased the motor and repair. I actually got my parents on the speakerphone while I was in the shop, and then he regularly wanted to offer to replace it again. So now the motor is being replaced for the fifth time. We literally drive off the lot, roll the window up and down a couple times and it burnt out, and we had to turn around a few hundred yards down the road and take the car right back. We have four children, two cars, and having to drive there this many times and leave the car for up to a week at a time is not acceptable. I think asking for ONE FREE OIL change after spending $3,000 with them, as well as saving them $300 from the tire replacement out of the goodness of our hearts was reasonable to ask for all the hassle we've been through do to their incapability to get the repairs performed correctly the first or even the second time. Now we're on the FIFTH TIME. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE, UNLESS THEY GET RID OF DENNIS AND GET BACK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY USED TO PROVIDE! We won't be going back, and their customer service is not the same as it was.
