  I brought in my 2002 Honda CR-V, which was behind on scheduled maintenance and blowing warm A/C air. Tom and crew were able to quickly diagnose the A/C—after 129K, the compressor had failed and contaminated the system. They recommended replacing all contaminated A/C parts to prevent premature failure later. I verified from other sources that this is the right thing to do.

  I was certain that my rig was due for a new timing belt. But Tom informed me that it has no timing belt, but has a timing chain, which needed no service. All other maintenance was brought up to date for less than the dealer's quoted price.

  I believe Tom was always honest and fair and kept me informed of progress all along the way. Happily, the final price was less than the quoted price. They could've kept the $25 difference, but charged only what was actually due. Nice!

  Unlike some other repair shops I've used, the whole facility is uncluttered and clean. The front office is really nice! This was my first experience with Tom's Bulldog Automotive. It was very positive and I will definitely use the shop again in the future.
