Question: to much vacume in engine oil fill tube

 Rookie

I get a lot of vacume through the engine oil fill tube. If I push the cap back on it makes the engine pulsate . I checked the pvc,,air cleaner,,and vacume lines..It just seams to have to vacume ..

    I think your PCV is stuck open causing the crankcase to be subject to intake vacuum. Recheck it. If it's OK, then maybe the intake manifold gasket's failed, allowing the crankcase to be exposed to intake vacuum.
