TJ's Auto Repair

I would highly recommend TJ's Auto Repair for anyone needing auto service in the Astoria/Warrenton, OR area. I was recently on vacation in the area, and our truck simply "shut down" in an intersection. I had to have it towed, and AAA recommended TJ's Auto Repair. I called first to see if they could possibly fit me in the same day if I were to have it towed there (since I didn't have another vehicle and I was from out of town), and they said they would do everything they could to help me. We were camping at the state park nearby, and they even offered to drive me back over to my campsite while they worked on our truck. Truck is a Ford F350 Diesel 4WD. They did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue, which turned out to be a wire to a controller box that had been rubbing on something and finally shorted out and blew a fuse. They replaced the wire & fuse, and made sure it wouldn't rub anymore. Only took about 3 hours, and the repair price was more than fair. I received EXCELLENT service and would definitely use them again.

I found TJ's Auto by word of mouth, they came highly recommended.
While on vacation my 1986 Ford 27' class C Motorhome had a serious cooling problem and was unsafe to drive. The busy week of July forth TJ's Auto made a spot for me and the first day trouble shot the problem, I brought it back on another day and it was fixed. I drove my motorhome back home, old Betsy never got hot, never missed a beat and ran perfect.
The solution was replacing the two fuel pumps, one in the fuel tank and one on the engine. The motor home was running to lean under load causing the engine to get hot and eventually stall.
The estimate and final billing was right on.
Thanks TJ’s Auto for your excellent work you did for me and restoring my faith in auto repair shot that they all don’t rob your pocket book and not correct your problems.
I would highly recommend this company due to their highly skilled mechanics, and excellent customer relations.
