tires are making a roaring noise. on 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor

Started hearing a roaring noise while traveling. Pulled over and notice the right front tire was low of air. Put air in the tire and the roaring noise is still there. Had tires rotated, back brake pads replaced, still have roaring noise. What is this? Started all at once.

2 possible reasons. Tires have 'scalloped' or show 'cupping' during wear which happens to more aggressive pattern tires such as on some SUV and alot of trucks. Or, the front wheel bearings have worn out and need replaced. Rotating tires won't help, the noise can get loud regardless from front or back.
