tires on 2002 Lexus ES300

My 2002 ES300 is ten years old and I have never replaced the stems and valves on my tires. How often should I do this?

Every time when you put new tires on it . Tire shop probably done that.

Every time tires are replaced. As a part of every tire installation, the valve stems should be replaced also. Like tires, rubber valves get old and degrade over time. As expensive as tires are getting these days, ignoring something as inexpensive as a valve stem could be costly if the stem fails and ruins a new tire.
