Question: Tire Wheel Change

I have a flat tire left front wheel was able to get lug nuts off but cant pull wheel off any suggestions

    KICK ON THE RUBBER OF THE TIRE OR GET A BIG HAMMER / BAR OUT AND BIT IT OUT..... HAVE FUN..
