The tire pressure monitoring system in your car uses the antilock brake sensors to monitor the tire pressures. Does your car have matching tires and have the tire pressures been checked and reset procedure done? If the repair shop can't figured out whats going on, there is a professional service called Identafix. http://www.identifix.com/info/about_us.htm They only deal with professional repair shops. If the ABS light is not on the computer must be seeing signals it sees as valid from the wheel speed sensors (sometimes surfacing the rotors metal shavings get attracted to the magnetic ABS wheel speed sensors giving problems. Matching tires, yes...about 1 yr ago. tire pressure checked and adjusted. What is reset 'procedure'? is it more than adjusting tire pressure and pressing button when vehicle is ignition is turned on? That is what shop said they did.
Just remembered this vehicle was part of a recall for 'Brake Master Cylinder Cup Replacement' in Aug. Also at that time had front brake pad replaced and they resurfaced rotors(at dealership) could that play any part in this?
    Thank you for your response.
