timing jumped on 1997 Mazda Millenia

what sould i do, can i just put it back in time, it still ran just rough

You will need to find out why it jumped time and address that first, otherwise you will have the same problem again. This normally means that the timing belt will need to be replaced. If the valves were bent when the belt skipped, then you will need to have the cylinder head removed and repaired.
