Question: Timing Chain/High Mileage

My 1999 Nissan Maxima runs good overall but should I be concerned about a timing chain? What other high mileage services are imperative that I have done aside of regular oil changes and routine maintenance? Thanks

    No noise. 257,000 miles and counting.

    let it go till you hear noise or car gets sluggish from the timing changing alot. you will hear noise 1st as the tensioner wear and loose tension. sounds like your maintaining it properly keep it up
