Question: timing chain tensioner

 Rookie

I have my O6 Azera in the shop for the third time for
timing chain tensioners first at 14,500 miles 26,000 miles
and now at 36,000 miles . I had it to two different dealers
What is going on???? Any help is greatly appreciated

    there is a tsb, not a recall, that address the tensioner issue. there is a list of parts required and service procedures that need to be done.
    there must be warranty on yours since you have had continued problems from 14k.

    press the issue with the dealer. you have a strong case here.

    I just came across a TSB for the tensioners with new part, dated OCT 2006, they used the
    new part the first two times I have the slips. I don't know what they are doing on the
    this, the third time .they haven't called yet.
    The 06 TSB , there is only one page and it says about the new part not any " service procedures that need to be done" The dealer and i are going to have a great discussion when I get there any aditional info ,please pass it on Thank You
