Timing chain, not belt on 2002 Honda CR-V

How often do the valves need to be adjusted on the engine that has a chain not a belt?

Generally , only when they are disturbed(cam or head removal) , owners manual most likely recommends having the clearance checked at 105,000 miles. MUST be checked COLD or it will not be right!!
