timing chain on 1992 Buick Park Avenue

i have this car and i wanted to know what will it cost to get the timing chain fix. The magnet is rubster and messing with the chain. so is there a low cost for this and estimate the labor work please help

Its a little more than a five hour job according to my labor guide your engine has a timing chain and balance shaft that must be aligned correctly to keep components in the engine synchronized correctly. The chain is tensioned by a rubber tensioner that can wear over time.
