timing belt problems on 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe

yes i understand there is a recall list in reference to timing belt issuse. yes my timing belt went wacked while i was driving and caused major issues..timing belt, timing guide, crankshaft sensor, bent valves, cracked head....is there any thing i can do in reference to the recalling...legally?

You could filled a civil lawsuit will you get your money back i doubt it big companies like these have good lawyers better off contacting Hyndai
