Question: Timing belt and water pump labor costs

I am having both my timing belt and water pump replaced. Since the timing belt has to be removed to place the water pump, how do I factor the labor part of this in the total cost. In another words, the labor should be less for the replacement of the timing belt since it is factored into the labor for replacing the water pump.

    The labor time to replace the water pump is 3.3 hours so the time is already included because the timing belt labor time is 2.7 so there is a half an hour extra to change the pump

    The labor time to do both would the higher of the two.
    If the labor time to do the water pump is 3.3 hours and the labor time for the t belt is 2.7 you would go with the higher time which is 3.3 hours. there would be no additional labor. 3.3 hours would include the timing belt
