Timing belt on 2003 Nissan Xterra

Should the timing belt get replaced while doing the water pump

If the water pump is being replaced the timing belt is all ready removed and it is only the price of the timing belt, no additional labor is involved.

the timing belt broke how do I get it back in time? just turn to the marks that's it?
