2006 Audi A3 Question: timing belt

i have an audi a3 2006 with 89000 miles when do i have to change the timing belt and how much is it thanks

    If your car has the 3.2 engine it has a chain and does not need service. If it is a 2.0 turbo engine it has a belt and should be changed. Audi usually puts a sticker under the hood showing the replacement mileage. It is either 75000 or 105000 miles.
    The timing belt replacement cost here at North Pointe Motors would be about $500.00.
    However we recommend replacing the water pump and belt pulleys while you are in there which would add to the cost of parts. I hope this helps.
