Honda recommends replacing the timing belt on this 3.5L V6 at the 105,000 Mile Service, or every 7 years, whichever comes first. Since your car is over 7 years old I would highly recommend it now or soon. If it were to break you are looking at $2 - $3K to repair vs. $500 - $1000 now.
