What is the amount of time needed to install a water pump and timing belt in a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse

    Do you know which engine you have? 2.0L 4 Cylinder, 2.0L 4 Cylinder Turbo or the 2.4L 4 Cylinder?

    It is a 2.4L Mitsubishi eclipse GS

    Your looking at approx 3.5 hours for the timing belt replacement, and add about 1 hour for the water pump replacement. These times will vary a bit depending on the shop, but this will get you close.
