I visited multiple dealerships last weekend and had to deal with a lot of "fake" salesmen that seemed to want to tell me what I want instead of listening to what I want. When I went into Tim Dahle Nissan I was met by Geoff Larremore and was immediately impressed with his warm welcome. He had honest upfront negotiations and a strong product knowledge. I genuinely felt like he cared about what I was looking for and that he could get me what I want for the price I wanted. I will not be visiting any other dealerships now that I found a place that I can feel comfortable at. Thanks Geoff.
Frank, Shane and the whole crew are extremely good at what they do. It's hard to find, not only a service station that are professional and know what they are doing, but one that you can trust, and the service dept. at Time Dahle Nissan in Murray are that and more. I never thought I'd say this, but they actually make service, both maintenance and repairs, enjoyable. They really look like they enjoy, not only taking care of cars, but more-so taking care of people. I would refer anyone to take their vehicles to them with any problem and feel confident that they will take care of you. In fact, I just referred my aging mother to them, and called Shane up to tell him and all he said was, "No worries. I'll treat her as if she were my onw mother!" And I believe him! I would trust them with any repair or service on any of my vehicles. Two thumbs WAY UP!!!
Trust is the most important factor when it comes to where I will take my vehicles for repair, and that is why I won't go to anyone but Theron Symes. He is honest and doesn't suggest repairs unless they're absolutely necessary. I am so grateful to have someone in the auto industry that I know is not looking to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to my vehicles. He is very personable and explains things so that I can make an informed decision. Thank you to the Tim Dahle service department, especially Theron Symes and the wonderful technicians.
I have owned other makes and have had them serviced at Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray. I have since purchaced a 2010 Xterra, mainly because of the service department and how well they treat me and my vehicle. The staff is very knowledgable and have never felt "ripped off" like I have at other places. I will continue to go there even though is is out of my way.
Tim Dahle Nissan has taken most of the headache out of car repair. My service tech, Thereon Symes, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure I understood what was going on with the repair during the process. He made me feel like a valued customer and I will definately recommend Tim Dahle to all of my friends! Thanks Theron!
