how is inner tie rod removed

    The inner tie rods are replaced with the Steering Gear Assembly. Only the outer tie rods are serviced separately. Steering gear Assembly (Standard) 5272500AD $419.00. Check with your local dealer for updated part numbers and prices.

    www.rockauto.com list an inner tie rod end made by Raybestos quite cheap. If the inner tie rod end is recessed and hard to get at Lisle make a tool to remove it after you have first removed the steering rack boot and marked the outer tie rod end. If you haven't done this type of work before let a tire or alignment shop do this work as if incorrectly done could have dire consequences.
