    Does it vary in proportion to the speed of the car or not? If it does, I'd look for a pebble or nail in a tire, or a brake problem. If not, it may be engine related, could be an exhaust leak at the cylinder head or a belt noise. I'd need more information to tell you more, I suggest the you get to a Dodge specialist for a diagnosis if you can't find it.
