ticking noise on 1996 Mercedes-Benz S500

I get a ticking sound when i start my car and as im driving. i need to know what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it. alsoits on the passenger side.

There many things that can cause 'ticking' noises under the hood of a car- and there is no way to even remotely diagnose noises without hearing them. Its most likely valve-train noise or an exhaust leak. Have a reputable MB dealer or import specialist diagnose your noise issue.
