Question: ticking noice in rear

i have a ticking noice coming from my rear i was told it could be my parking brake sticking. has anyone had this issue or know what it could be?

    Assuming it is a noise that is rhythmic and consistent with vehicle speed, you could have a driveshaft/u-joint tick, an axle tick, a wheel bearing noise, a brake noise. Noises are not easy to determine in this medium; you will probably need to have a shop listen to it with you and give an opinion.
