Question: Thumping/knocking coming from front end

when car is coming to a stop, i hear a slight knock coming fromthe front end of car...only after I begin to brake and car has almost stopped.

    It sounds like one of your lower control arm bushings are bad. you need to jack up the front end and look for a bushing that is torn or bad.
