A slight ticking noise could be heard coming from Rear left of under vehicle, but with a rotational intermittent sound source. This went on for months. Had Auto transmission, both Diffs, Transfer case, and drive shaft checked all found to be Good. Avoided dealer for fear of being ripped off. I found a reliable european repair shop who were able to raise the vehicle and run whilst on the hoist, the problem was found to be the park brake cable catching the drive shaft at the rear. a cable tie was installed to secure the cable and now everything in quiet again.
