Thank You,Could you tell me how that could happen?Going over bumps too fast?

Bumps are possible cause but I would say check your ball joints first to make sure they are still good. Tire will wobble on turn heavily with worn ball joints. Also, when was your last front end alignment? A really good jolt can shift the cambor enough to make tires feel as if they are coming loose and thumping. Check tires on front for highly uneven wear such as an edge going bald fast.

Is there an easy way to check for bad ball joints?

Yes, jack vechicle's tire off of the ground. Grab tire at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock position and pull back and forth vigorously. The tire really should very little or not at all. If it moves a lot you have a bad ball joint. Grab tire at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position and twist tire back and forth. It should move a little more than before but not too much. If you hear a cluck when you do this you have a bad tie rod. Hope this helps you.
