Throttle adjustment??? on 1993 Ford Thunderbird

I replaced the oxygen sensor on my car because the cars RPM was going high when in park and when sitting at a light. Could the throttle need to be adjusted? And if so how do i adjust it?

There is no Throttle Adjustment, the Computer takes care of all that. Is the Throttle Cable ok and not binding? I would look at the Idle Air Control Motor as a likely cause of your problem. You need to do a KOER ( key on engine running ) code cycle. You can do it with some jumper wires and the Diagnostic Connector. Read the code retrieval instructions.
