    Absolutely the worst customer service and repair service I've had for my 2003 VW Passat. Had the drain plenum issue with my Passat, which flooded my car. Dealership cleared plenum after recall, but left carpets wet (to include an electronic component left underwater under passenger footwell). Additionally, had dealership replace heater core. Service center failed to reconnect high beam after taking apart dash, and said it wasn't their fault - even though high beams worked before heater core installation. Absolutely horrible service.
