MasterLabor time shows it takes a little over an hour to change, it is located just on top of the water pump.

Visitor, August 18, 2010, 22:07ReplyIt is mounted on the passenger side of the water pump, under a cover with three bolts. The cover has a short rubber coolant hose that goes to the radiator fan mount. If you remove the hose, then the three bolts, the thermostat is attached to the inside of the cover.
