2001 Lexus IS300 Question: there is a weird sound coming from behind the glove box.

I cant really explain the noise but its more of a rattle and clicking sound. What could this be? it seems to occur at random and more often in the summer months.

    Yout have a cabin air filter behind your glovebox it is over the blower motor. Sometimes leaves or debris can get into the motor and make noise. Pull the glovebox down by pushing the the tabs on each side with it open, it should swing down. Unclip the cabin air filter door and With car off you can fit you fingers down in the blowepor motor and turn it and see if anything is stuck in there. Hope it helps.
