The sunroof may not close completely on Nissan Rogue

Problem Description and Possible Solution

The sunroof may not close completely due to interference from the wind deflector. Our technicians tell us there is a revised wind deflector available to correct this concern.

when trying to close the sun roof the roof sometimes will close and re-open or only close a few inches with each push of the button.
Moonroof doesn't open all the way.
sunroof motor making lots of noise. Dealer will replace the motor for $1200!
Sunroof will not close completely (i.e. when automatically closing, the sunroof does not fully close to a flush position with the roof line. I must manually push up with my hands to close it flush. I plan to take to the dealer today).

BTW - I have a OE wind deflector installed.
