Hard steering and return to center in colder weather < 35 degrees. Dealer said pump noisy and steering rack leaking. Replace pump and fix leak - we will see if this works? Requires new wheel alignment because of repair! Other forums say hard steering is very common and normal ??? WHATEVER.
