Question: The starter was replaced and everything is still dead.

I am thinking maybe the park-neutral switch has failed, but do not know were to find it. I would like to know where the switch is located

    The park neutral is mounted to the top of the transmission. There also is a starter relay, near the battery.
    I would test the system before replacing parts. It is expensive replacing good parts with new parts.
