I found that the owners and their repairmen were really honest. I got a fair price. They did the repairs that were necessary and nothing that was excessive. They are honest that is the bottom line and that is hard to find. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and repair that was done to my car.
I felt like they treated me right, and when I compared prices with other repair shops I felt like I wasn't taken advantage of; they were very reasonable. They did the work promised at the price they said they would. I bought my own parts and they were comfortable doing the work, even though I purchased my own parts.
I took my truck in to get the valve gaskets replaced, I got it back right before closing time and I got home I noticed that it was leaking worse than before. Drove right back and notice they was closed. So I had to wait until two days due to the holiday's. Finally it back there to find out that I had to spend more money. So in total I spent about $800 the first time and then $600 for labor and parts the second time. Which could of been avoided if it was done right the first time.
