Question: The seatbelts in my 1990 Ford F150 lariet freeze up in the cold, any advice?

 Rookie

When it's cold outside my seat belts won't work for a period of about 15 minutes. Any advice on how to remedy this situation/

    If youre talking about the buckel and latch system try dropping a few drops of kriol or wd40 into the latch and working the buckel in and out. If your talking about the the auto restraint portion of the belt system, if your feeling froggy then partialy dissasemble the return drum( watch out for flying springs ) and lubricate as needed.
