After excelling the needle goes back to normal once a consistent speed is met.

    THESE GAUGES ARE ONLY ACCURATE TO LIKE 20% SO IT MIGHT BE OK. CK YOUR OIL PRESSURE WITH A MANUEL GAUGE AND COMPARE. THE GAUGE MIGHT BE GOING BAD
