Bank 1 Sensor 1 is available cheaper from aftermarket sources as opposed to direct from Lexus. Denso actually makes the sensor for Lexus and are available from many sources. Labor to replace the sensor is about an hour but I have seen the RX300 front O2 sensor seize in the manifold and become difficult to take out.
