  Andrew, the guy who runs the shop, is an extremely nice guy. My family has been taking their cars to the shop for seven years. I've referred them to everybody. They've been extremely nice to us.

  It was spur of the moment. I went in there and was serviced. I didn't have to wait. Courteous staff. They took me out and showed me what they were going to do and they repaired it. I was going to make another appointment to get my oil changed and a state inspection in Missouri. They explained that the inspection was good for another sixty days and they went on and did it. They were done in thirty minutes. As a female consumer, you go into a repair place and expect to be taken advantage of and my sister and mother are going to go up there.

  The only thing I have to say is that I went down there and they didn't find all of what I was asking about. They did tighten up the front wheel and told me they needed to change the fluid in the break system. They changed the fluid and that was most the cost there. The shock was rattling again and they couldn't find it. We drove it around and didn't hear anything and a couple days later it was rattling again so I'm going to have to take it back.

  I've got an older vehicle. This maintenance shop has found problems that no one else has been able to find. They have a master mechanic from Ford. I'm extremely satisfied.
