Question: The 'lightning' bolt is on and my car turns over but won't start, what can I do?

The lightning bolt indicator is on. Car turns over but won't start

    CK ECM AND FUEL PUMP FUSES 1ST then ck fuel pressure 2nd it can be difficult but thats the best place to start.not sure the bolt means anything about the not starting. i believe its got to do with traction control.
