I have checked all the fuses and breakers, all are good. All the rest of the panel lights work. There is a humming noise that is coming out from under the dash. It is related to the the dimmer control for the head lights, the noise gets louder with the brighter the dimmer wheel is set. Pulled the headlight switch and all looked good, what's next??
