HORN DOESN'T HONK WHEN LOCKING WITH REMOTE KEY FOB. IS THERE A FUSEOR WHAT?

    It sounds like you are describing that some of the instrument cluster light bulbs have failed. The instrument cluster would have to be removed to replace the bulbs, not a huge job but proper disabling of the air bag may be needed so it does not deploy when working ion the dash. Not sure about the horn ,does it operate when you press the horn switch? Not sure if the alarm beep can be canceled by some setting resetting procedure. Some cars allow the alarm set beep to be cancelled, the lights remaining on to be programmed to stay on for longer or shorter periods when the key is removed from the ignition. It may be something that has to be reset. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
