I was treated with respect and received great service. I spoke to Kyle on the phone to set up an appointment and once I arrived there was no delay and Kyle explained each thing to be done to my vehicle so that I could understand everything. The service tech was also very polite when he brought the car to the front and he asked if he could install a steering wheel cover that I had purchased for me. I was delighted because I had tried a few times and was unable to get it on the steering wheel. So, I will definitely return for any other work I may need.
The man at the from desk was not very helpful as far as explaining why my car needed the service. I came in because my car was making a noise. They checked it and then told me what I needed. When I began to ask questions he seemed frustrated that I was asking. I don't know anything about servicing a car so I wanted to understand why my car needed that work.
