We already check the pump directly and it works. We checked the fuses all of them work. So we don't not know where the problem might be.

Have someone crank the engine over while checking for voltage at the pump!!! Key on dont cut it. Got spark at the plugs?

There should be a 'check connector' under the hood by one of the strut towers. Flip lid for label with terminals to jump to check circuits B= and F or FP ,I think. That will confirm if the circuit is good to the pump. You checked fuses , did you check relay?
