The Foreign Aid
A few weeks ago my water pump broke in the evening on the I-70. We decided to be towed till Grand Junction and in the morning, we had Steve @ The Foreign Aid on the phone. He confirmed that it would be probably the water pump and checked for the availability of the parts (water pump and timing belt). There were in stock as it seems to be a usual issue on my VW... Then Steve arranged the towing of our car from the motel to his garage and also a car rental for us (we were not aware about and that's a really nice kind gesture). 5 days later, we were back from our vacation and even if the bill was higher than expected because some other issues were discovered (1 fan broken - Steve informed us during our trip), I know the job was done seriously. The Foreign Aid was really a very good aid!
If you're not convinced, go to The Foreign Aid and check the customer thank-you-letters on the wall! I don't know any other mechanic were you feel immediately that dedicated customer relationship.
