2002 Kia Spectra Question: The fan for the heater stopped working.

Rookie

The fan for the A/C Heater stopped working and don't know what the issue it. Last week it would work then stop, then work and now has stopped completely. Don't know if its the motor or maybe the relay. How can I narrow down the problem?

test blower motor if it works poss blower motor resister

check power to blower motor, no power = check blower resistor, power = bad motor...

How do I test the motor and resistor? Do I take it out and take it somewhere?
