IT TAKES LONG TO START AND AT TIMES I THINK ITS NOT GOING TO START.....

    This should not have anything to do with the catalytic converter. A variety of other this could be the cause of your hard start. Is there a check engine light on? Timing, EGR and fuel related problems are among the possible cause categories. Hard start diagnostics would be necessary to determine the exact cause. In this case we would credit your diagnostics fee towards your repair.
