I unplugged the relays to shut them off. Also the temp gauge isn't working. Engine isn't overheating. Any ideas what the fix is?

Check thermostat...If it is stuck in full open position this will trigger fan to run alot. Also, in full open your vechicle will not overheat.

Good idea on T stat. I was wondering that but usually you don't have any heat in the vehicle when T stat is stuck open. Also the fan was running 5 min after I shut vehicle off I had to pull relays to shut it off.

If t-stat is stuck in 'engine hot position', you will still have heat in your vehicle. When it is stuck to 'engine cold position', then you won't have heat and your engine will overheat.
